Billing and the Smart Platform
The Smart Platform is our all encompassing database/CRM that provides Ipitomi with the facility to offer billing, helpdesk and remote on-line management services for our customers. With over 8 million transactions performed each month, the billing engine can provide the customer with a number of invoicing reports including bespoke, branded and consolidated. The reports help customers manage business efficiencies and can be presented allowing the appropriate management decisions to be made at a glance.
Through the Ipitomi Web Portal reporting can be viewed on-line. The Web Portal also provides administrative access for managed service customers to make moves, adds, deletions and changes to their services.
