Helpdesk services are offered by Ipitomi both by means of subscription to a pre-defined level of service or by subscription to a bespoke service.
When a call is logged, the Helpdesk Call Centre will issue a helpdesk reference number for the date and time of which will be used to calculate response and resolution times according to the particular helpdesk package subscribed to.
Our Call Centre provides a manned helpdesk between the hours of 08:00 to 18:00 which can be contacted by telephone, mail or voicemail. Outside of these hours it is possible to subscribe to extended hours of support by prior agreement.
